ADA PhD student, Yongmo Park (Univ. of Michigan), was awarded an IBM PhD fellowship for his research on the development and applications of in-memory computing systems. The IBM PhD fellowship program collaborates with universities, faculty, and students to support focused area of technology. Park’s research is based on resistive random-access memory (RRAM, or memristor) devices, which can accelerate AI computing.
